Meet Jacek from Poland.
Have you ever spotted a man paramotoring over Galway Bay? Well this is Jacek!
Jacek started aviation sports in the late 1970's, he originally focused on sky diving but after a move to Austria he discovered paragliding. Working with aviation sports allowed him to travel the world and he worked in Canada and America before moving to Ireland in the early 2000's.
Primarily Jacek worked in the construction industry, but after multiple health scares and hospital stays he found employers were wary of having him on site. Unable to get work Jacek found himself on the dole. As part of the Enterprise Ireland back to work scheme, he developed a business plan for a home renovations business. The recession hit and he was unable to start this business, instead he was encouraged to develop an aviation sports industry.
